With the development of technology, remote work and the need for greater agility, the workplace has changed, but the measure of what makes a good workplace has not.

16 years ago, in 2007 to be exact, the Employee Satisfaction Survey - now PULSER, was launched as a project that was supposed to spread awareness among employers about the importance of listening to the attitudes, opinions and needs of their employees. At the same time, it is useful for employers, but also for employees.

Over the years, the tool changed in accordance with changes in the way companies do business, the development of companies' relations with employees, the state of the labor market and trends initiated by the HR community in Croatia and the world. Thus, numerous factor analyzes were performed and it was observed how questions correlate with each other, are they adequately formulated, what are the new trends that need to be followed and new questions added, as well as whether some questions have been overtaken by time and should be removed.At the very beginning of development, PULSER consisted of 50 questions divided into 6 categories, and In 2023, based on factor analysis and listening to employers, we reduced the questionnaire to 78 questions in 9 categories and an additional 4 questions for eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score) and ESI (Employee Satisfaction Index).
